It happened. Heidi and I thought it was hilarious.

Snow in August.

Once upon a time,

I sprained my ankle.

A few weeks later Blake sprained his.

We went on an 8 mile hike.

Since there was snow...

Blake decided to ice a bit.

And some of my family decided to make snow angels.

And some climbed up and slid down.

A taste of deliciousness.

Most people know how incredibly picky I am.

Well, a few years ago I disliked cheesecake. A LOT.

I didn't like the texture. the taste.

And I guess the idea of it.

But then, at Blake's sisters wedding,

they had cheesecake with raspberry sauce at the lunch.

I would have felt so bad if I didn't eat it.

I took a few bites, and I

FELL IN LOVE.

I am just looking around on pinterest at different desserts

and a picture of these beauties came up.

Mom has the recipe back at home, but I found a simple one online.
